What we collect

Only what you submit through the contact form: your project description, success criteria, timeline, budget range, industry, name, work email, and company. If you contact us by email, WhatsApp, or book a call, we receive what you share through those channels.

Why, and on what basis

We use these details solely to assess your request and reply — the steps needed before entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b); the equivalent bases under Türkiye's KVKK and applicable US law). We do not sell personal data, send unsolicited marketing, or build advertising profiles.

Processors we rely on

• Formspree delivers form submissions to our inbox.
• Calendly handles call scheduling if you book one.
• WhatsApp (Meta) carries messages you choose to send there.
• Plausible Analytics gives us cookie-less, aggregate visit statistics (EU-hosted; no individual profiles, no cross-site tracking).

Each processes data under its own privacy terms; we share nothing with them beyond what the interaction itself requires.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no local storage.

Retention

Request details are kept up to 12 months after our last contact, then deleted — unless a project follows or the law requires longer.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your data at any time — including rights under GDPR, KVKK, and the CCPA — by writing to hello@imagefirm.com. We reply within 30 days.
